Our primary goal is to provide horse camps which in turn develop responsibility, enhance non-verbal and verbal communication skills and challenge a child to explore outside of one's knowledge base. Through this interactive, hands-on program knowledge is acquired and creates an opportunity for the participants to experience a level of personal growth and success in being exposed to a different environment in a positive manner.
Through equine education, the students learn safety and acquires skills that encourage teamwork and structure. The core values emphasized are:
- Family
- Accountability
- Sharing
- Creativity &
- Optimism
These acquired skills help build confidence and generate and or build on self-esteem. These tools are the foundation of personal development and foster a level of success that is immeasurable. FASCO Farms Foundation is developing outreach activities and programs with community groups, including neighborhood schools, churches, recreational centers and other non-profit organizations that promote self-development.
